Shipping
At REDSIX we ship nationwide in Australia. We do also ship internationally upon request so please contact us directly for a price.
Shipping costs are based on location and weight of your order and will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery times will depend on stock availability and your location. We do endeavor to ship completed orders within 48hours of receipt of payment.
You will receive tracking details by email to the email address supplied on your order.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn / unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate your return or exchange please complete the following steps:
• Email info@redsix.com.au your purchase details (such as date of purchase, name, address) and reason for your return.
• Once we receive and process your return request, we will email you a confirmation of return.

• Once we receive your returned item/s, we will check it and notify you that we have received your returned item/s and confirm the status of your return after inspection.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a replacement or refund item per your request.
• You will receive your replacement item/s or refund within a certain amount of days, depending on stock availability, postage delivery times or in the case of refunds, credit card / PayPal processing times. • Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Once we receive your returned item, we will check it and notify you that we have received your returned item/s and confirm the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
